Temple-based Classes I've Developed
Introduction to Buddhism and Jodo Shinshu (90min)
A recurring interactive class that blends historical context, personal reflection, discussion, and lived experience. Participants are invited not only to learn about Buddhism, but also to reflect on how its teachings might be encountered in everyday life.
Going Deeper with Jodo Shinshu (planned)
A future series of topical classes designed to build naturally on the introduction to Buddhism course.
At the beginning and end of class, we return to the same simple question: "When you hear the word 'Buddhism,' what first comes to mind?" The blue responses were added during our closing reflection, offering a glimpse into how our understanding quietly grew together in a single class.
